Machined from solid aluminium, knurled for a thumb, weighted to coast a hair after you let go. Seven o'clock is a whisper. Five o'clock fills the room.

Process · four moves, one signal

  1. Step 01

    Oscillate

Three oscillators start raw: a saw full of teeth, a sub an octave down.

  2. Step 02

    Filter

The 24 dB ladder files the teeth off. CUTOFF decides how much survives.

  3. Step 03

    Shape

Four faders draw the envelope: how a note swells in and how long it hangs.

  4. Step 04

    Play

Sixteen keys and a ribbon. Drag a finger and the pitch goes where it goes.

First batch: 500 units, hand-built, numbered under the CUTOFF knob. Leave a name and we would write when the line moves. If this were real.
